Welcome to the grind. This isn’t your typical classroom lecture—this is hands-on, high-intensity, real-world training designed to build confidence, capability, and composure under pressure. You don’t rise to the occasion; you fall to the level of your training. Train hard. Fight easy.
This course is primarily designed for security personnel, but any public safety professional is welcome to join. If you wear a uniform and may have to put hands on someone, this training is for you.

Course Objectives:

- Understand the legal framework surrounding the use of force.
- Learn and apply the National Use of Force Model.
- Develop effective communication skills for de-escalation.
- Gain proficiency in handling and deploying a telescopic baton.
- Master techniques for physical control and arrest procedures.
- Practice proper handcuffing methods.
- Conduct basic frisk and search procedures safely.
- Learn to control aggressive or actively resistant individuals.
- Apply knowledge in realistic scenario-based training.
- Successfully complete a written exam to assess understanding.

Required Equipment:
Participants must bring the following items:

- Duty BeltHandcuffs with Key and Case (only high-quality models will be accepted)
- Telescopic Baton and Case
- Intervention Gloves
- Ballistic/Stab Vest (optional but encouraged)

Additional Information:
This course involves both physical and mental challenges. Participants should be prepared to engage in dynamic exercises and scenario-based training.
